Almost everyone believed in God and life hereafter. We need to accumulate Good Deeds to be rewarded. However, this seems impossible since we spent almost our entire day working. The solution to this is to treat our work as our good deeds.
- A Branch (An Organisation) is like a Football Team.
A successful football team practice “total football”. Every players support each other. Training, coaching, tactical and teamwork are crucial. An unfit players or coach is subject to replacement. There are yellow and red card to penalise those who break the rules.
- “3 S” : Sikap (Attitude), Strategi (Strategies) and Sokongan (Support).
A positive Attitude is a powerful force which can’t be stopped and a big thing that makes a big difference. Strategies to achieve goals requires requires creative and pro-active thinking. Proper planning prevent poor performances (5 Ps). Support from all team-members is crucial from planning until execution. Everyone is important for the survival of the organisation.
- “3 Q” : Quantity, Quality and Quick.
A profitable organisation requires high sales volume (Quantity). It must also be those with Quality to avoid unnecessary consequences. The speed (Quick) is critical to overcome competitors.
- “S.Q” : Service Quality.
This is the combination of the above “S” and “Q”. Excellent Service Quality differentiates between a successful organisation and the others. It will ensure customer’s loyalty and repeat sales.
- Teaming to Battle.
Every staff must pull their sleeves and know the organisation “battle ground”. This include their competitor’s capabilities. Together everyone achieve more (TEAM) and effective execution ensure expectations exceeded (5 Es).
