Fazlee Mansor is a trained Mechanical Engineer by profession. He holds a 1^st class honour degree in Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from University of Wales, Cardiff and a Certificate of Mechanical Services from University of Sydney, Australia. He is also a trained behavioral sciences consultant from one of the world’s leading Safety Consulting firm.

Fazlee Mansor has been in the industry for the last 20 years with vast experience working for various multinational companies.  Over that period, he has worked in multiple countries including Australia, Middle East, South East Asia, South Asia, and Papua New Guinea

He specializes in business process improvement, Factory Quality System Expectations (FQSE) as well as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).  He is also well versed in world class maintenance implementation.  In safety and health, he has vast experience in the areas of safety leadership, system design/diagnostic/assessment, organisation culture improvements, as well as behavioural based safety.

Fazlee has special interest in people management & development and believes that everyone has the potential to succeed given the right development and mentoring.  He has involved in series of coaching from senior leaders to supervisors and this is one of his special area of expertise.

Fazlee has successfully guided local companies and multinational corporations in achieving significant improvements in workplace safety.  He has also led a major site project that involved applying the concepts of behavioural sciences in quality improvement.

His latest ventures include in the areas of Safety Digital Technologies and Digital Proximity Marketing. He has given talks in topics like Behavioural Based Safety, Serious Injuries and Fatalities and recently on Smart Technology Applications.

He is married with 3 kids, and resides in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
