Dr. Dayana has been involved in training, teaching, speech coaching, emceeing, and interpreting besides being active in technical writing/communication in English and Bahasa Melayu to locals and expatriates for the past 16 years. Among her current and previous clients include Jabatan Perikanan, LHDN and SPMB for Customer Satisfaction and Transformational Organisational Behaviour with Humanology Sdn. Bhd. Meanwhile MEPS Malaysia Sdn. Bhd., Tokio Marine and DRB Hicom, Megapower Le Grand Malaysia, Ernst & Young, Celcom Planet and Sogo Plastic engaged Dr. Dayana for the Business English Programme. Her famous and recognized Intensive BM Programme has been sought by Warner Music for their foreign artists, CJ Korea Express, Thales Malaysia and Ericson Malaysia. KK Supermart Group came in for Speech Coaching, while MINDEF Malaysia, Emkay Group Bhd., Opus International Malaysia Berhad and many others were her clients over the years.

Her proficient multi-lingual language skills are accredited from immense work experiences in Japan, Cambridge Institute, Khazanah Nasional’s subsidiary, and at higher learning institutions which include Kyoto Institute of Technology of Japan, UM and OUM Malaysia. To date she has trained and taught about 4,000 professionals and students, globally. Recently she ventured into speech coaching and speech scripting after a number of requests from local VIPs.

Today, she trains a wide range of private VIP clients, governmental and private organisations plus exam candidates owing to her knowledge and credentials. Professionally, she is a Certified NIOSH Train the Trainer (HRDF approved), a Certified IGCSE Cambridge for Life Instructor (CELF), qualified In-service Certificate in English Language Teaching (ICELT), is concluding her Certificate in Teaching English to Other Speakers of Languages (CELTA) and intends to be licensed as a Neuro-linguistic Programming trainer soon.
