Datuk Shamsul Bahari Bin Abd Aziz is an accomplished leader with over 40 years of experience across civil and mechanical engineering, oil and gas, aviation, and biotechnology industries.

He formerly served as the CEO of PSI Technical Service Sdn Bhd, a Petronas-licensed professional specializing in upstream O&G activities, including engineering services, drilling project management, consultancy, and manpower supply.

He holds a BA in Business Management (Industrial) and a Diploma in Entrepreneurial Management.

Professional Experience

His recent roles include being a part of government-linked companies, serving as a Board Member of Pengurusan Aset Air Bhd (PAAB) (2016–2019), and as a Board Member of Perbadanan Pembangunan Kampung Bharu (PKB) (2014–2022).
